No. Lifefire Origins is a direct primary care membership. We do not bill insurance, but we accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide a superbill if you want to submit one to your insurance provider.

Yes. Lifefire Origins is a month-to-month membership. You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

We do not coordinate formal referrals, but we can provide documentation and suggestions for your next steps. You are responsible for verifying coverage and booking with any outside providers.
